That the Annual General Meeting of the North West Business Chamber Incorporated (NWBC) for the year ended 30 June 2026 will be held on Monday, 24 August 2026 at 7:00pm in the Auditorium, Riverstone-Schofields Memorial Club, 23 Market Street, Riverstone NSW 2765.

Call for Nominations:
Nominations are invited from eligible financial members for election to the Office Bearer positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the North West Business Chamber Incorporated at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. To nominate, please download the attached Nomination Form in this notice.
Proxies
In accordance with the Constitution, a voting financial member has the right to appoint another person who is a current and financial member of the North West Business Chamber Incorporated as a proxy. A person may not act as proxy for more than five (5) members. Proxies will only be valid if received by the Secretary no later than 5pm, Monday, 24 August 2026.
